At Soul Centred Hypnosis, I offer a gentle, powerful process known as Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT) — a journey into the deepest parts of yourself, where answers and clarity already live.

About Me

My name is Raquel Billett, and I’m a certified Level 2 QHHT® practitioner based on the Gold Coast, Australia. I’m a soul-led space holder, here to help you walk gently into the deeper layers of your being with compassion, integrity, and reverence for the wisdom within you.

QHHT® found me at a time when I was craving more meaning, and it lit a spark in me I’ll never forget. Now, I feel deeply honoured to offer this work, to the best of my ability, in the way Dolores Cannon intended — with heart, humility, and soul-centred intention.

Each QHHT® session lasts around 4 to 6 hours, and includes:

1. Heart-led conversation

We connect and go over your life story and questions.

2. The hypnosis journey

You relax into a natural trance state, guided by your Higher Self.

4. Integration & aftercare

We return, ground and reflect. You also receive a recording to revisit.

I would like to emphatically recommend Raquel as a QHHT Practitioner. I received a session with her a few weeks ago, which brought up 2 lifetimes that definitely needed to come to the surface for recognition and release. Beforehand I was instructed to write around 10 questions which would be answered by my higher self at the end of the session. My higher self would know what questions I had asked and would bring up some lifetimes that would help to answer these questions. This definitely happened and answered some lifetime questions I had.
