I live on the Gold Coast with my husband, our daughter, two curious cats, and our sweet little dog. This corner of the world feels like home to my soul. I find peace near the water, joy in the rainforest, and healing in the sunshine.
In my quiet moments, you’ll often find me reading something metaphysical, exploring astrology and numerology, or simply sitting with a warm tea and an open heart. I’ve always been drawn to different cultures, ancient stories, and the mystery of what lies beyond what we can see.
More than anything, I love connecting with people. I wear my heart openly and feel deeply honoured to walk beside others on their healing journeys.
I first discovered Dolores Cannon’s work through a few quiet nudges from the universe, a YouTube video here, a book recommendation there. Something about her teachings felt familiar, like a truth I had always carried deep within.
In 2022, I booked my first QHHT® session. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I felt a pull that I couldn’t ignore. That session changed everything.
As I entered the deepest state of relaxation, something opened within me, a doorway to a place that felt like home. I was shown past lives, soul experiences, and received messages that brought healing and understanding in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
The most profound realisation was simple, yet powerful: I am more than this body, more than this life. I am an infinite soul, here with purpose.
That first experience sparked something in me, and I followed it with two more sessions. Each one peeled back another layer of truth.
I was shown lifetimes across realms, both earthly and cosmic. I felt the presence of my guides, saw the ripple effect of choices across timelines, and understood myself in ways that brought deep peace.
Every session brought me closer to something I had always felt but didn’t know how to name — the knowing that there is only love. No judgment. No separation. Just a return to who we truly are.
What I discovered through those sessions is something I now hold at the heart of my work:

By 2024, something inside me had shifted. My husband and I had spent years building a successful business together, but no matter how well things were going on the outside, something felt empty on the inside.
My soul was longing for something deeper.
I could feel it in my body, in my dreams, in the quiet moments between tasks. It was time to choose alignment over achievement. So, with open hearts and full trust in the unknown, we walked away.
That decision was one of the most powerful acts of surrender I’ve ever made.
It created space for something new to emerge — something that felt alive, joyful, and real.
When I began studying QHHT®, everything lit up. I felt connected, inspired, and energised in a way I hadn’t felt in years. I knew I had found my path, and I haven’t looked back.
